Strengthening Soft Skills as Part of Holistic Learning at Sekolah Tunas Unggul

After completing the assessment week, Sekolah Tunas Unggul utilizes learning time through a range of personal development activities designed to strengthen students’ soft skills, character, and readiness to face future challenges. These activities are tailored to each educational level, ensuring that every unit receives learning experiences that are relevant, meaningful, and practical.

At Tunas Unggul Primary School, activities are organized through the TU.FORIA School Festival 2025, held from December 15 to 19, 2025. Through various programs such as Sport Day, Storytelling, Disaster Mitigation, Drug and Smoke Advisory, Positive Discipline, and Jumsih, students are encouraged to develop teamwork, communication skills, environmental awareness, positive discipline, and awareness of health and safety. These activities employ a fun and contextual approach, enabling students to build confidence, empathy, and social responsibility from an early age.

Meanwhile, at Tunas Unggul Lower Secondary School, post-assessment activities focus on strengthening 21st-century skills. Students participate in public speaking training, responsible and productive use of AI, foreign language training, and financial management. This series of activities aims to enhance communication skills, digital literacy, critical thinking, and essential life skills that support both academic and personal development.
