Sharing Blessings Through Qurban
Yayasan Tunas Unggul carried out the slaughtering and distribution of qurban animals contributed by the foundation, teachers, parents, and students through charitable donations, reflecting a spirit of compassion and community sharing.

In commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1447 H, the Qurban Committee of Yayasan Tunas Unggul organized the slaughtering of qurban animals on Friday, May 29, 2026, following the Eid prayer. The activity took place on the school grounds with a total of four cows and four goats contributed by Yayasan Tunas Unggul, teachers, parents, and through donations collected from Tunas Unggul students.
One of the cows was specifically slaughtered and distributed to residents in the Binar Ilmu community, while the remaining qurban animals were distributed to people living around the school and other beneficiaries.
The spirit of qurban also became a valuable learning experience for students of Tunas Unggul Junior High School. Through the school's qurban program, students participated in various stages of the process, from observing the slaughtering, meat preparation, and distribution of qurban meat. Portions were distributed to the surrounding community, while others were delivered to Darul Iman Bina Mental.
Through this activity, Yayasan Tunas Unggul not only fulfilled the religious practice of qurban but also fostered the values of compassion, togetherness, and generosity, important character traits that continue to be nurtured within its educational community.
To develop students spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually which then enables them to adapt and contribute in a global world.
