Preparing Educators to Inspire Future Generations

Before welcoming students into their classrooms, every educator at Tunas Unggul begins a journey of learning as well. As part of the 2026/2027 Academic Year preparation, all teachers and staff participated in an intensive In-House Training (IHT) designed to strengthen our shared vision, professional practice, and commitment to delivering meaningful learning experiences.

The program opened with a strategic session led by the Board of Directors, providing direction and reinforcing Tunas Unggul's educational vision for the year ahead. This was followed by an inspiring keynote from Prof. Dr. Aan Hasanah, M.Ed., who encouraged educators to cultivate their own purpose and passion as teachers while preparing students to grow as future leaders with character, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.

Following the joint sessions, each unit from Playschool, Early Years, Primary, Lower Secondary, to Upper Secondary continued with a week-long In-House Training tailored to their students' developmental needs and learning goals. Through collaborative planning, curriculum alignment, and professional reflection, every team prepared meaningful learning experiences before welcoming students on 14 July 2026.
