Igniting the Spirit and Strengthening the Direction at the Start of the New Academic Year

The 2025/2026 academic year at Sekolah Tunas Unggul begins with a spirit of growth and transformation through the Beginning-of-Year Strengthening Program. Teachers from Playschool to Senior High School took part in a series of reflective and inspiring sessions to align their steps toward more meaningful education.

Three key areas served as the foundation for this year's focus:

🔹 English, not merely a subject, but a daily communication culture.
🔹 Service Excellence, delivered through responsive, friendly, and professional conduct.

This program also encourages teachers to adopt a Growth Mindset—the belief that every student can grow, and that every challenge presents an opportunity for innovation. At the same time, teachers are empowered to take ownership of the curriculum and learning environment through the concept of Teacher Agency.
